“ Ive been to lots of sushi places in Champaign but this is my new favorite. Everything is incredibly fresh, the salmon is the best Ive ever had noticeably better than some of the other places Ive been to. The atmosphere is very laidback and homey. The owner, William, is goodnatured and welcoming. 1010 stars. ”
“ Delicious food and with good price. I got a Chicken Stir Fried Udon, was the best Ive in Urbana Champaign so far. Dont ask for double noodles, it is too much... The regular portion is more than enough. ”
“ Its my favorite restaurant on campus, I come by every single week. The 2 and 3 roll deals are wonderful. My favorite rolls are the Palatine, spicy tuna, and boston roll. I always come for tonkotsu ramen when I am sick, and grilled saba or chicken teriyaki when I am hungry. Location is good and owners are nice. One time I got a wrong order and the owner quickly corrected it and even gave me an additional roll to take home. I hope this place never goes down _ ”

“ Came in with friends as I heard this place had good value for Sushi. Turns out that was correct as you get your moneys worth more so than other places whom they are comparable too. Had the Shrimp Tempura Roll, and the Dynamite Roll, which were both great. Didnt like the Palatine Roll as much, but was still enjoyable. Will go again in the near future! ”

My friends and I didnt have to wait long for our food, but even if we had, theres so much in this place to look at that Im sure the time would have flown right by. This is the place to go if you want a real hole in the wall restaurant experience with fantastic food to boot. Also gotta appreciate the moxie of the owners for just straight up arguing with the people who leave bad reviews. Its hilarious and feels so much more human and genuine than those businesses that try and kiss up to anyone who comes into their place. I wish I wasnt leaving Champaign so soon or Id definitely be going here again. If you live nearby, do me a favor and give this place all the business you canyou wont regret it. ”
